BELLYFIT

Bellyfit is more than just a workout. Movement combined with intention, breath and positive affirmations. Bellyfit is a self love, self empowerment ritual.

Holistic fitness created for women.

40 minutes of cardio inspired by ancient dance, belly dance, fitness and yoga. Followed by 10 minutes of isolated glute and core work and a 10 minute yoga inspired stretch and meditation.

Bellyfit will leave you feeling strong, clear and energized.

POWER UP

This full body workout is sure to get your heart pumping and leave you feeling energized! Strength mixed with cardio and plyometrics.
