I am a mother, a Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner, Holistic Nutrition Coach, Personal Fitness Trainer, and a Group Fitness Instructor specializing in Pelvic floor health, corrective exercise, and pre / post natal fitness.
Using a holistic approach, I focus on body and mind balance through nutrition, stress management and movement. resistance training, breath work, mindset and connecting with nature in a beautiful west coast setting.
I want to inspire you to be the best version of yourself. It is my mission to help you love and accept your body, the way it is. I want to help create a positive exercise experience with you, so that you exercise not because of how you want to look but because of the way it makes you feel.
Fitness is about feeling good. It’s about being strong and healthy in your body, balanced in your mind, and connected to your spirit. When you take the time to focus on yourself, to set goals and strive to achieve them your whole world thrives. You will have more energy, and feel happier and more confident with a positive mind/body/spirit connection.
