Week 1

Glutes & Core Circuit

 

Complete each exercise in the circuit one after the other until you get through all of the exercises and the first round is complete, resting for 60 seconds before starting the next round. Complete 20-25 reps of each exercise. Complete 3-4 rounds.

Make sure you warm up with 5-10 minutes of light Cardio and dynamic stretches to prepare you for your workout & prevent injury.
